Description

Juicy, golden-seared steak bites tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce—ready in just 15 minutes! These Garlic Butter Steak Bites are a quick and flavorful dinner option perfect for weeknights or entertaining.


Ingredients

pounds sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

1. Pat the steak dry and cut into bite-sized cubes. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.

3. Add steak in a single layer. Sear for 2 minutes on each side until browned. Cook in batches if needed.

4. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet and let it melt. Stir in minced garlic and optional red pepper flakes. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

5. Return steak to the skillet. Toss with garlic butter for 1 minute.

6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.


Notes

For best sear, make sure your steak is completely dry before cooking.

Don’t overcrowd the pan—work in batches to maintain a hot skillet.

Use freshly minced garlic for the most flavorful butter sauce.
