Description

Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Spicy Cajun Alfredo Twisted Pasta is the ultimate weeknight indulgence. Juicy seared steak bites are tossed in fragrant garlic butter and served over creamy, Cajun-spiced Alfredo rotini. Every bite delivers rich, savory comfort with a subtle kick of heat. It’s a one-skillet stunner you’ll come back to again and again.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cubed

10 oz rotini pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup cream cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rotini pasta until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.

2. Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of Cajun seasoning.

3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak cubes for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic. Cook for 1 minute, stirring to release the flavor.

5. Return steak to the pan and toss to coat in garlic butter. Remove steak again to avoid overcooking.

6. In the same skillet, pour in heavy cream and add cream cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.

7. Add Cajun seasoning and Parmesan. Stir to combine. Add reserved pasta water if needed to thin sauce.

8. Toss cooked rotini in the sauce until coated.

9. Plate pasta and top with garlic butter steak bites. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

For extra creaminess, add an extra tablespoon of cream cheese.

Don’t overcrowd the pan when searing steak—work in batches for best browning.

Reserve pasta water to adjust the sauce consistency as needed.
