Description

Juicy steak bites seared to perfection, drenched in a creamy garlic-Parmesan sauce. This quick yet decadent dinner pairs beautifully with pasta, potatoes, or crusty bread and is perfect for cozy nights or entertaining guests.

Ingredients

Scale

1.5 lb steak (sirloin, tenderloin, or ribeye), cut into bite-size pieces

Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons oil (avocado, canola, or grapeseed)

4 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into 1 to 1.5-inch pieces and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sear steak bites in batches, 2-3 minutes per side. Set aside.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Return steak bites to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Simmer briefly.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
