Description

This Cajun Garlic Butter Sauce is rich, spicy, buttery, and full of bold Southern flavor. Perfect for seafood, pasta, veggies, or bread, it’s a quick 10-minute sauce that adds a major punch to any dish. With garlic, Cajun spices, a squeeze of lemon, and a parsley finish, it’s balanced and vibrant.


Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper (or to taste)


Instructions

1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until fully liquified but not browned.

2. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Add Cajun seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, and paprika. Stir and cook for another 30 seconds.

4. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice to brighten the sauce.

5. Finish with chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir and serve warm.


Notes

For milder heat, reduce or omit the crushed red pepper flakes.

Always use fresh garlic for the best depth of flavor.

This sauce can be frozen in small portions and reheated as needed.
