Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese
2 large eggs
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
⅓ cup pizza sauce
15–20 slices pepperoni
Optional: ¼ cup ricotta or cream cheese (in dollops)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease an 8×8 baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix together cottage cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and ½ cup mozzarella.
3. Pour mixture into prepared dish and spread evenly.
4. Spoon and lightly swirl pizza sauce over the top.
5. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
6. Top with pepperoni slices and optional ricotta dollops.
7. Bake for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
8. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

For a vegetarian version, replace pepperoni with sautéed veggies like mushrooms, spinach, or bell peppers.
