Description

This Easy Marshmallow Swirl Fudge is a decadent, no-fail treat made with creamy chocolate and fluffy marshmallow creme swirled into a beautiful marbled pattern. Perfect for gifting, parties, or just satisfying your sweet tooth at home.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup marshmallow creme

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 pinch salt

Instructions

1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides. Lightly grease the parchment.

2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter, stirring constantly until smooth.

3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.

4. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan. Drop spoonfuls of marshmallow creme over the top and swirl gently with a knife or skewer.

5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.

6. Lift fudge from the pan, cut into squares, and serve.

Notes

For cleaner swirls, work quickly while both the chocolate and marshmallow are still warm.

Use high-quality chocolate for the best melt and flavor.

Chill longer if the fudge seems too soft before slicing.
