Ingredients

Scale

2 cups cooked chicken shredded

2 cups frozen mixed vegetables

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 1/2 cups chicken broth

1 box Red Lobster biscuit mix

1 cup milk

1/2 cup butter melted

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and place butter in a baking dish to melt.

2. Spread shredded chicken evenly over the melted butter.

3. Add frozen mixed vegetables on top of the chicken layer.

4. In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.

5. Pour the soup mixture evenly over the chicken and vegetables without stirring.

6. In another bowl, mix biscuit mix, milk, and shredded cheddar cheese until combined.

7. Carefully pour the biscuit batter over the top layer.

8. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.

9. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken to save time and add extra flavor.

Do not stir the layers to achieve the perfect cobbler texture.

Let the casserole rest before serving so it sets properly.
