Description

These Easy Buffalo Chicken Bombs are a crave-worthy snack or appetizer that brings together the fiery kick of buffalo sauce, creamy cheese, and tender shredded chicken, all wrapped in a crisp, golden crust. Ideal for game days, parties, or quick weekday snacks, this easy recipe fits right into your collection of quick breakfast options, easy dinner recipes, and irresistible food ideas.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups shredded cooked chicken

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup buffalo sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 green onions, chopped

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

2 large eggs

1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs

Oil for frying (or spray oil for baking)

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and green onions until well combined.

2. Flatten each biscuit dough round into a circle. Add a spoonful of the chicken mixture to the center. Fold and seal the dough around the filling to form a ball.

3. Beat the eggs in a shallow bowl. Place panko breadcrumbs in a separate bowl. Dip each ball in the egg wash, then coat with breadcrumbs.

4. To fry: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry bombs in batches for 2–3 minutes until golden. Drain on paper towels.

5. To bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and crisp.

6. Serve warm with ranch, blue cheese, or extra buffalo sauce.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for maximum flavor and convenience.

For a milder version, mix buffalo sauce with ranch or honey before adding to the filling.

An air fryer can also be used—cook at 375°F for about 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
