2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1–2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix Bisquick and 2/3 cup milk until just combined.
- Roll dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Brush with melted butter, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll tightly from the long side and slice into 1 to 1.5-inch pieces.
- Place rolls in dish and bake for 18–22 minutes, until golden.
- Mix powdered sugar, vanilla, and 1–2 tablespoons milk to make glaze.
