Description
This Easy Big Mac Wrap takes everything you love about the classic fast food favorite and wraps it into a warm, golden tortilla. It’s quick, flavorful, and perfect for busy weeknights, meal prep, or when that burger craving hits.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp paprika
4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)
4 slices American cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup dill pickle chips
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2 cup Big Mac sauce or Thousand Island dressing
Instructions
1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Break it apart with a spatula and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well to season the meat.
3. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet for 20 seconds each side or microwave for 15 seconds to make them flexible.
4. On each tortilla, place a slice of American cheese, a scoop of seasoned beef, lettuce, pickle chips, red onion, and drizzle with Big Mac sauce.
5. Fold in the sides and roll into a tight wrap. Toast seam-side down in a skillet for 1–2 minutes until golden.
6. Slice in half and serve warm with extra sauce for dipping.
Notes
Use lean ground beef (90/10) for less grease and better texture.
Toasting the wrap adds crunch and keeps it sealed tightly.
For extra flavor, mix up your own Big Mac-style sauce at home.
