This tangy and creamy Dill Pickle Cream Cheese spread is perfect for snacking, hosting, or spreading on bagels. It’s a quick no-cook appetizer made with chopped pickles, fresh dill, and smooth cream cheese. Ready in minutes and always a crowd favorite!
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup finely chopped dill pickles
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
1 to 2 teaspoons pickle juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature for 15–20 minutes, or microwave for 10–15 seconds.
2. Finely chop dill pickles and fresh dill while the cream cheese softens.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped pickles, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and pickle juice.
4. Mix well until creamy. Use a hand mixer for a fluffy texture or a spatula for a denser spread.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Add more pickle juice if needed.
6. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, let it chill for 30 minutes to develop depth.
Use full-fat cream cheese for the creamiest texture.
Optional add-ins like chopped green onions or shredded cheddar take it to the next level.
