Description

Sticky, sweet, and savory—these Crockpot Honey Garlic Meatballs are an easy, flavor-packed dish perfect for parties, game nights, or weeknight dinners. Let the slow cooker do all the work while you enjoy these glazed bites of comfort.

Ingredients

Scale

2 pounds fully cooked meatballs

½ cup honey

½ cup ketchup

⅓ cup soy sauce

¼ cup brown sugar

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

2 tablespoons chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, and minced garlic until smooth.

2. Place the cooked or frozen meatballs into the crockpot in an even layer.

3. Pour the sauce over the meatballs, tossing gently to coat.

4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours. Stir once during cooking.

5. Once done, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, leave the crockpot lid slightly ajar during the last 30 minutes.

You can make this recipe spicier by adding red pepper flakes or a dash of sriracha.

Leftovers freeze beautifully and reheat well—perfect for meal prep.
