Description

These Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites are juicy, golden, and packed with flavor. Pan-seared to perfection and topped with a creamy, spicy bang bang sauce, they’re perfect as a crowd-pleasing appetizer or a main dish over rice or salad.


Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillets, cut into cubes

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

1 tbsp sriracha

1 tsp honey (optional)

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. 1. Pat the salmon cubes dry using paper towels. This step helps them sear better.
  2. Season the cubes with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey (if using).
  4. Set aside. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add salmon cubes in a single layer.
  6. Sear salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  7. Work in batches if needed.
  8. Remove salmon and place on a plate.
  9. Drizzle with bang bang sauce or serve on the side.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Patting the salmon dry is key to getting a perfect crispy sear.

You can easily make the sauce ahead and store it up to 3 days in the fridge.

Use an air fryer at 400°F for 7–9 minutes if you want a lighter, less oily version.
