Description

Crispy Baked Crab Rangoons are golden, triangle-shaped bites filled with creamy crab and cheese, baked to crunchy perfection. Perfect for gatherings, game nights, or whenever you’re craving something savory and satisfying.

24 wonton wrappers

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup crab meat (fresh, canned, or imitation), drained and flaked

2 green onions, finely chopped

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp salt

1 egg + 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and salt until smooth.
  3. Place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  4. Brush the edges with egg wash, fold and seal tightly into a triangle or star shape.
  5. Place on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with remaining egg wash.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
