Description
Golden and crispy on the outside, tender inside, these baked cauliflower bites are tossed in simple seasonings, roasted to perfection, and drizzled with a creamy garlic sauce. Perfect as a healthy snack, side dish, or appetizer.
Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup garlic sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Wash and thoroughly dry the cauliflower, then cut it into bite-sized florets.
3. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
4. Spread florets evenly on the baking sheet, leaving space between pieces.
5. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and slightly charred.
6. Transfer to a serving plate, drizzle with garlic sauce, and sprinkle with parsley. Serve hot.
Notes
Dry the cauliflower thoroughly before seasoning to ensure maximum crispiness.
Avoid overcrowding the pan; space between florets helps them brown evenly.
For extra crunch, broil for 2 minutes after baking.
