Description

Crispy Air Fryer Broccoli is a quick and healthy side dish that transforms fresh broccoli florets into golden, flavorful bites with just a few simple ingredients. Lightly seasoned with garlic, Parmesan, and olive oil, this air-fried favorite is ready in minutes and perfect for busy weeknights, snacks, or meal prepping.


Ingredients

4 cups broccoli florets

1 ½ tablespoons olive oil

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

2. Rinse and dry the broccoli florets thoroughly.

3. In a large bowl, toss broccoli with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add Parmesan now if using before cooking.

4. Spread broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.

5. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.

6. If you held back the Parmesan, sprinkle it over the broccoli while it’s hot.

7. Serve immediately while the edges are crisp and golden.


Notes

Pat the broccoli very dry before seasoning to help it crisp up properly in the air fryer.

For best results, avoid overcrowding the basket. Work in batches if needed.

Add a squeeze of lemon juice or chili flakes after air frying for an extra flavor boost.
