Description

These crispy air fryer baby potatoes are golden on the outside, soft on the inside, and flavored with garlic, smoked paprika, and fresh herbs. Perfect as a quick side dish that delivers big flavor without the fuss.


Ingredients

1.5 lbs baby potatoes (halved if large)

1.5 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives or parsley


Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the baby potatoes. Halve any that are too large.
  2. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Once crispy and golden, transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
  7. Serve immediately while hot and crisp.
