1.5 lbs baby potatoes (halved if large)
1.5 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives or parsley
Instructions
- Wash and dry the baby potatoes. Halve any that are too large.
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once crispy and golden, transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
- Serve immediately while hot and crisp.
