Description

This Creamy Velveeta Spaghetti with Italian Beef Marinara is the ultimate comfort food dinner. It’s rich, cheesy, meaty, and satisfying—perfect for a weeknight meal that feels indulgent. The melty Velveeta transforms the marinara into a velvety sauce that clings to every strand of spaghetti. It’s quick, flavorful, and sure to become a family favorite.

Ingredients

Scale

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 cups marinara sauce

8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed

12 ounces spaghetti

2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.

2. Add ground beef to the skillet. Break it up with a spoon and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.

3. Season the beef with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine.

4. Pour in marinara sauce and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.

5. Add Velveeta cubes and stir until melted and the sauce becomes creamy and smooth. Lower heat to avoid burning.

6. In a separate pot, cook spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

7. Add cooked spaghetti to the cheese-beef sauce and toss to coat thoroughly.

8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For the creamiest texture, melt the Velveeta slowly over low heat and stir constantly.

Use freshly cooked al dente pasta to help the sauce cling better.

Add a splash of milk when reheating leftovers to loosen the sauce back up.
