Ingredients
12 oz rotini pasta
2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
1 ½ cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup heavy cream
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rotini pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden and fully cooked. Slice and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir. Add Velveeta cubes and melt until smooth and creamy. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to thicken.
5. Add cooked rotini pasta into the sauce and stir gently to coat completely.
6. Layer sliced chicken on top, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, and cover skillet for 1–2 minutes to melt.
7. Garnish with parsley, serve hot, and enjoy!
Notes
Don’t skip the garlic—it infuses the sauce with deep flavor.
Use freshly shredded mozzarella for the best melt and stretch.
For extra richness, add a tablespoon of cream cheese into the sauce.
