Rich, cheesy, and incredibly satisfying, it features pan-seared, paprika-seasoned chicken served over ribbons of fettuccine coated in a luscious Velveeta-based garlic cheese sauce. 12 oz fettuccine pasta

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced

8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed

1 cup heavy cream

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 cup reserved pasta water (optional)


Instructions

1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with paprika, salt, and black pepper.

2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken in butter or oil until golden and cooked through. Set aside.

3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine until al dente, then drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.

4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté the minced garlic for 30 seconds.

5. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Velveeta cubes and cook until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth.

6. Add the cooked fettuccine into the sauce and toss to coat. Use reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce if needed.

7. Return the seared chicken to the skillet and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes with the pasta.

8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.


Notes

Make sure to dice the Velveeta cheese before adding it to the sauce so it melts evenly.

If your sauce thickens too much, add a splash of pasta water or milk to bring it back to a silky consistency.

For a flavor boost, marinate the chicken in paprika and garlic powder for 30 minutes before cooking.
