Creamy Pumpkin Tiramisu is a no-bake layered dessert that combines the richness of mascarpone, the earthy sweetness of pumpkin, and the bold flavor of espresso-soaked ladyfingers. With a spiced pumpkin filling and a light dusting of cocoa powder, it’s the perfect cozy dessert for fall gatherings or a make-ahead holiday treat.
Ingredients
1 cup mascarpone cheese
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 1/4 cups espresso or strong brewed coffee (cooled)
24 ladyfingers (savoiardi)
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, blend mascarpone, pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
2. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
3. Gently fold whipped cream into the pumpkin mascarpone mixture.
4. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into cooled espresso (1 second per side).
5. Layer soaked ladyfingers in an 8×8 or similar dish.
6. Spread half of the pumpkin cream mixture over ladyfingers.
7. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining cream.
8. Cover and chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.
9. Dust the top with cocoa powder before serving.
10. Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
Do not oversoak the ladyfingers or they’ll turn soggy—1 second per side is enough.
Use pure pumpkin, not pumpkin pie filling, for the best flavor and consistency.
Make it a day ahead—the flavor improves after resting overnight.
