Description
Tender grilled chicken bites coated in a velvety, garlicky cream sauce. This quick weeknight dinner is full of flavor, easy to prepare, and absolutely irresistible when served over pasta, rice, or veggies.
Ingredients
1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Cut chicken into even bite-sized pieces and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 15–30 minutes if time allows.
2. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in a single layer until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5–6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, reduce heat to medium. Melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes, then add Parmesan cheese. Continue stirring until sauce thickens.
5. Add cooked chicken back into the pan and coat with sauce. Simmer 2 more minutes to absorb flavor.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra depth, add a splash of white wine when cooking the garlic.
Use fresh Parmesan for best melting and flavor—avoid pre-shredded.
To make it spicy, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
