Description

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken with Cheesy Spaghetti is a comforting and flavor-packed meal made with juicy golden chicken bites and a velvety garlic parmesan cream sauce tossed with perfectly cooked spaghetti. It’s an easy dinner that feels gourmet, perfect for both weeknight dinners and special occasions.


Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cut into bite-size chunks

8 oz spaghetti, cooked al dente

1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

1 cup heavy cream

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes


Instructions

1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through (6–8 minutes). Remove from skillet and set aside.

2. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

3. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer for 2–3 minutes.

4. Lower the heat and mix in the grated parmesan cheese, stirring until fully melted and the sauce is creamy.

5. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions in salted water. Drain well.

6. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the garlic parmesan sauce until coated. Add the chicken back in and stir to combine. Let cook for 2 more minutes to blend flavors.

7. Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes if using. Serve hot.


Notes

Make sure to cook the spaghetti al dente, so it doesn’t become mushy when combined with the sauce.

Always use freshly grated parmesan cheese—it melts more smoothly and adds better flavor.

If reheating, add a splash of cream or milk to loosen up the sauce for a fresh taste.
