1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the shrimp: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add shrimp and garlic; sauté until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and chop.

- Prepare ricotta mix: In a bowl, combine ricotta, 1/2 cup mozzarella, a bit of Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Cook noodles: If not using oven-ready noodles, boil and drain them.

- Bake: Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 15-20 more minutes until golden and bubbly. Broil for extra browning if desired.
- Rest and serve: Let sit 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley.
