Description

The Creamy Dill Pickle Cheese Ball is a tangy, herby, and irresistibly cheesy appetizer perfect for parties, holidays, or snacking. With crunchy dill pickles, sharp cheddar, and fresh dill, it’s a crowd-pleaser you can prep in advance.

Ingredients

Scale

225 g cream cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

0.5 cup finely chopped dill pickles

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

0.5 teaspoon garlic powder

0.5 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

crackers or veggies for serving

Instructions

1. Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes to soften.

2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and dill until smooth.

3. Fold in chopped dill pickles, making sure they are well-drained.

4. Transfer the mixture to plastic wrap, shape into a ball, and chill for at least 1 hour.

5. Before serving, roll the cheese ball in extra dill or shredded cheddar. Serve with crackers or veggies.

Notes

Drain pickles thoroughly to avoid a watery cheese ball.

For best flavor, chill at least an hour before serving.

Garnish right before serving for a fresh look.
