			2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
Salt, pepper, and paprika (to taste)
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup chicken broth
4 oz cream cheese, softened
Chopped chives or parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the Chicken: Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
 - Sear the Chicken: Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
