Description

This Cranberry White Chocolate Tart is a no-bake dessert that combines a creamy white chocolate filling with a tart cranberry compote on a buttery graham cracker crust. It’s festive, elegant, and irresistibly good — perfect for holidays, special dinners, or when you’re craving a sweet-tangy treat with a creamy twist.

Ingredients

Scale

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 cup white chocolate chips

½ cup heavy cream

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

⅓ cup powdered sugar

2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries

½ cup granulated sugar

¼ cup orange juice

1 teaspoon orange zest

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Whipped cream or rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a tart pan. Chill for 30 minutes.

2. In a heat-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips with heavy cream in 20-second microwave intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Let it cool slightly.

3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add the cooled white chocolate mixture and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.

4. Pour the filling into the chilled crust. Smooth the top and refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set.

5. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, granulated sugar, orange juice, and zest. Cook over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, stirring often, until cranberries burst and the mixture thickens. Let cool completely.

6. Once chilled, spoon cranberry topping over the white chocolate layer. Spread gently.

7. Garnish with whipped cream dollops or rosemary sprigs. Chill until ready to serve.

Notes

Chill the crust thoroughly before adding the filling to prevent crumbling when slicing.

Always let the cranberry compote cool completely before topping the tart to avoid melting the filling.

For clean slices, use a sharp knife warmed under hot water and wiped dry between cuts.
