These Cozy Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are packed with buttery garlic sauce, melty mozzarella, and golden seared chicken. Folded into flour tortillas and grilled to perfection, they’re the ultimate comforting wrap for dinner or lunch.
Ingredients
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 cup milk or heavy cream
½ cup cream cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 large flour tortillas
1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Dice chicken into bite-sized cubes and toss with paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
4. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute, then whisk in milk. Let it thicken.
5. Add cream cheese and mozzarella; stir until smooth and melty.
6. Return chicken to the skillet and toss with the cheese sauce.
7. Spoon mixture into tortillas and roll tightly.
8. Grill wraps seam-side down in a skillet until golden on both sides.
9. Slice and serve warm.
Notes
For crispier wraps, use a panini press or weighted skillet to press them while grilling.
You can swap the chicken with rotisserie for a faster version.
Add sautéed spinach or mushrooms for extra texture and veggies.
