Ingredients

Chicken tenderloins

Linguine pasta

Unsalted butter

Fresh garlic, minced

Dijon mustard

Smoked paprika

Red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped

Fresh lemon juice

Salt and black pepper


Instructions

  1. Season and Sear Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Sear in a hot skillet with oil until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. Make Cowboy Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic, Dijon, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Cook until fragrant, then add lemon juice.
  3. Boil Pasta: Cook linguine in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and drain.
  4. Combine: Return chicken to skillet. Add linguine and toss with sauce. Use pasta water to adjust consistency if needed.
  5. Garnish: Sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve warm with optional lemon wedges or Parmesan.
