2 cans (15 oz each) sweet corn, drained (or 3 cups frozen/thawed corn)

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup butter, melted

2 large eggs

1/4 cup milk

1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, blend softened cream cheese and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Add eggs, milk, sugar (if using), salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  4. Fold in drained corn until evenly mixed.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared dish and smooth the top.
