8 oz fettuccine or egg noodles
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Season the Chicken: Pat chicken dry and season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and rest.
- Cook the Noodles: Boil noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve a little pasta water.
