Ingredients

Scale

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (flaky layers, 8-count)

½ cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

½ cup powdered sugar (for glaze, optional)

12 tablespoons milk (for glaze, optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cut each biscuit into four equal pieces.

3. In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon.

4. Melt the butter in a separate bowl.

5. Dip each biscuit piece in the melted butter, then coat in the cinnamon sugar mixture.

6. Arrange coated pieces on the baking sheet, spacing slightly.

7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.

8. Optional: Mix powdered sugar with milk to make a glaze and drizzle over warm bites.

9. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a crispier exterior, bake an extra 2–3 minutes or use an air fryer at 350°F for 8–10 minutes.

Add a surprise center—mini chocolate chips or cream cheese work great!

Use freshly ground cinnamon for the best warm, aromatic flavor.
