Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
3 cups potatoes, diced
2 cups broccoli florets, lightly steamed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup green peas (optional)
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3. Add chopped chicken, diced potatoes, broccoli florets, and peas (if using) into the bowl. Stir to coat everything evenly.
4. Transfer mixture to the prepared casserole dish and spread evenly.
5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
6. Bake uncovered for 45 to 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
7. Remove from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
