1/2 cup basil pesto
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Spread a generous layer of basil pesto over each flatbread.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the pesto.
