2 flatbreads or naan rounds

1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded

1/2 cup basil pesto

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt & pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  2. Spread a generous layer of basil pesto over each flatbread.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the pesto.
  4. Top with cooked chicken, distributing it across the pizzas.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden.
