3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups bread cubes or crushed crackers
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- In a separate bowl, toss bread cubes or crushed crackers with melted butter until coated.
- Sprinkle the buttery topping evenly over the casserole.
