9 lasagna noodles
3 cups cooked shredded chicken
3 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or thyme (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain and lay flat.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta, 1/4 cup Parmesan, salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Shred the cooked chicken and season if needed.
- In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a layer of Alfredo sauce. Add noodles, ricotta mixture, chicken, Alfredo sauce, and mozzarella. Repeat.
- Top final layer with Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and remaining Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 15-20 minutes more until bubbly and golden.
- Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
