Description

These Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls are a cozy, creamy twist on classic lasagna. Each noodle is rolled with a rich filling of shredded chicken, ricotta, garlic, and cheeses, then baked under a blanket of Alfredo sauce and gooey mozzarella. Perfect for impressing dinner guests or treating your family to something special, this recipe is simple to make and even easier to love.

Ingredients

Scale

10 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

2 cups ricotta cheese

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, and egg. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the Noodles: Boil lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and lay flat to prevent sticking.
  3. Roll the Lasagna: Spread filling over each noodle and roll up tightly. Place seam-side down in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
  4. Add the Sauce: Pour Alfredo sauce evenly over the rolls and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake: Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Serve: Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
