1 1/2 pounds ground beef

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

2 large eggs

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

3 cups mashed potatoes (prepared)

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Press the meat mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
