1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté diced onion for 3–4 minutes until soft. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
4. Return ground beef to the skillet. Stir in rice, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth. Mix well.

6. Bake for 50–55 minutes until the rice is tender. Remove foil during the last 10 minutes of baking.
