Description

Cheesy Garlic Steak Bites over Creamy Linguine Pasta is the ultimate indulgent dinner—tender, buttery steak bites served over a rich, creamy cheese linguine. It’s perfect for a cozy night in or a dinner that feels restaurant-level without the fuss.

Ingredients

Scale

1 pound steak, cubed (ribeye or sirloin)

8 ounces linguine pasta

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 tablespoons butter, divided

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Season steak bites with salt and pepper.

3. Sear the steak in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, add 2 tablespoons butter and minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

5. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

6. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and smooth.

7. Cook linguine according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain.

8. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss in the cheese sauce. Add reserved water if needed to loosen.

9. Return steak bites to the skillet or serve them over the pasta.

10. Garnish with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan if desired.

Notes

Use freshly grated cheese for the smoothest, creamiest sauce.

Don’t overcrowd the skillet when searing steak—it needs space to develop that golden crust.

Add pasta water gradually to avoid thinning the sauce too much.
