1/4 cup heavy cream (optional)
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel and slice onions into ½-inch thick rings.
- Butter a cast iron skillet or baking dish and arrange onion rings, slightly overlapping.
