Description

Crispy, savory, and packed with tender cauliflower, these fritters make a perfect snack or starter. They’re easy to whip up and are sure to impress with their golden crust and flavorful bite.


Ingredients

1 medium head cauliflower (about 4 cups florets)

2 large eggs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or dill

Oil for frying (vegetable or canola oil)


Instructions

  1. Steam or boil cauliflower florets until fork-tender, then cool slightly and chop.
  2. In a bowl, combine cauliflower, eggs, flour, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs.
  3. Form mixture into small patties; adjust consistency with extra flour or egg if needed.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook fritters 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
  5. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Serve warm with dips or toppings of choice.
