Perfect for parties, edible gifts, or a cozy sweet treat, this easy recipe fits right into your holiday baking list. Ingredients

Scale

1 batch fudgy brownies (boxed or homemade, cooled completely)

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 ½ cups chocolate chips or melting wafers

½ cup crushed candy canes

¼ cup white chocolate or vanilla candy coating (optional, for drizzle)

Instructions

1. Prepare your brownies as directed, ensuring they are dense and fudgy. Let them cool completely.

2. Crumble the brownies into a large mixing bowl.

3. Add softened cream cheese and mix until the dough is smooth and moldable.

4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls with your hands.

5. Place balls on a parchment-lined tray and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.

6. Melt the chocolate chips or wafers in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between.

7. Dip each chilled brownie ball into the melted chocolate. Let excess drip off.

8. Place dipped bombs back on the tray. While still wet, top with crushed candy canes.

9. Drizzle with melted white chocolate or vanilla coating if desired.

10. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until the shell sets.

11. Store in an airtight container in the fridge (up to 5 days) or freeze for up to a month.

Notes

Slightly underbake your brownies for extra fudgy texture and easy rolling.

If the mixture is too soft to handle, chill it for 10–15 minutes before shaping.

Use a fork or dipping tool to coat in chocolate smoothly and evenly.
