Buffalo Chicken Roll-Ups are everything you love about buffalo wings, wrapped into a buttery, cheesy, bite-sized roll. They’re perfect for parties, game nights, or as a spicy appetizer that’s always a hit. With creamy, tangy filling and golden flaky dough, they’re the comfort food twist you didn’t know you needed.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
4 oz cream cheese softened
1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese optional
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, dressing, and shredded cheese until creamy.
3. Roll out the dough and press seams together to form a solid sheet.
4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small edge.
5. Roll tightly into a log from the long side, then slice into 1 to 1.5-inch rounds.
6. Place the roll-ups spiral-side-up on the baking sheet.
7. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
8. Garnish with crumbled blue cheese and parsley. Serve warm with extra buffalo sauce or ranch.
Notes
For a less spicy version, use mild buffalo sauce and more ranch.
Use parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure even baking.
These freeze well—bake from frozen with an extra 3–5 minutes added.
