Description
These Brownie-Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies combine two classic treats into one show-stopping dessert. Soft and chewy chocolate chip cookie dough hides a rich, fudgy brownie center for the ultimate gooey bite. Perfect for any chocolate lover craving something extra special.
Ingredients
1 cup brownie batter (homemade or boxed, fudgy style)
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Scoop small dollops of brownie batter using a teaspoon and freeze on a lined tray for at least 1 hour.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
3. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
5. Gradually combine dry ingredients with the wet mixture to form the dough.
6. Fold in the chocolate chips evenly.
7. Flatten 2 tablespoons of dough in your hand and place a frozen brownie scoop in the center.
8. Wrap and seal the dough around the brownie, rolling into a smooth ball.
9. Chill the dough balls in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to prevent over-spreading.
10. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
11. Bake for 11–13 minutes or until edges are golden and centers look set.
12. Let cool on tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
Notes
Freeze your brownie batter at least an hour ahead for easy stuffing and perfect gooey centers.
Don’t skip chilling the cookie dough before baking—it prevents excessive spreading.
Use a cookie scoop for even portions and consistent baking results.
