1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
6 large eggs
1/4 cup milk or cream
6 strips of bacon
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: fresh parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet or stone. Lightly brush with olive oil and pre-bake for 6-8 minutes.
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp. Drain and chop.
- Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. In a pan, melt butter and cook eggs gently until just set.
- Remove crust from oven. Layer scrambled eggs on top, followed by mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Sprinkle bacon evenly.
