Description

A savory twist to your morning routine, this Breakfast Pizza brings together fluffy eggs, crispy bacon, and melty cheese on a golden crust. Perfect for brunch or anytime you crave a hearty, crowd-pleasing meal.


Ingredients

1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

6 large eggs

1/4 cup milk or cream

6 strips of bacon

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon butter

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: fresh parsley or chives for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet or stone. Lightly brush with olive oil and pre-bake for 6-8 minutes.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp. Drain and chop.
  3. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. In a pan, melt butter and cook eggs gently until just set.
  4. Remove crust from oven. Layer scrambled eggs on top, followed by mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Sprinkle bacon evenly.
  5. Bake for another 8-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust golden.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley or chives. Slice and serve warm.
