1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)

1 cup grapes

1/2 cup Greek yogurt or whipped cream cheese

1/4 cup fruit jam or preserve

4 slices toasted bread or crisp crackers

Optional: 6 mini pancakes or waffles

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Wash fruit, slice cheese, boil and peel eggs. Toast bread if using.
  2. Choose your surface: Use a large serving board, wooden tray, or baking sheet.
  3. Add bowls: Start by placing small bowls of yogurt and jam spaced apart on the board.
  4. Arrange larger items: Position croissants and toast around the board as anchors.
  5. Layer proteins and cheese: Roll or fold meats; fan out cheese sticks beside them.

  7. Add eggs and extras: Place egg halves in open spaces. Add optional pancakes or waffles.
  8. Garnish and serve: Drizzle honey, sprinkle fresh herbs, or garnish with edible flowers for extra flair.
