Description

Golden crescent rolls filled with creamy cheesecake and swirls of blueberry jam, finished with a dusting of powdered sugar. These quick and flaky pastries are perfect for brunch, dessert, or a cozy breakfast treat.

1 can crescent roll dough (8-count)

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup blueberry jam or preserves

Powdered sugar, for dusting


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Spoon 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle, then add 1 teaspoon of blueberry jam.
  5. Roll up each triangle from the wide end, encasing the filling.
  6. Place on the baking sheet with space between each roll.
  7. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
