1 1/2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add shrimp to the marinade, toss to coat, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
