Ingredients

Scale

1/2 lb beef sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon brown sugar

1 ripe avocado

Juice of 1/2 lime

1 small clove garlic (for guac), minced

Salt to taste

1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (optional)

1 egg

1/4 cup cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded

1 cup fresh spinach or mixed greens

1/2 teaspoon black sesame seeds

1 teaspoon oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Beef: Combine sliced beef with soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and brown sugar. Let sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the Beef: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef in batches until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. Make the Guacamole: In a bowl, mash the avocado with lime juice, garlic, salt, and cilantro (if using). Set aside.
  4. Fry the Egg: In a small pan, heat oil and cook the egg sunny-side-up. Sprinkle black sesame seeds on top.
  5. Assemble the Bowl: Place spinach at the base. Add cooked beef, a scoop of guacamole, cheddar cheese, and top with the egg.
  6. Serve: Optional — drizzle with hot sauce or sriracha for extra heat.
